Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all Swing Out Sister designer tags remain attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
